What does advocacy mean to you?
Advocacy is essential within the UW–Madison community, allowing students to establish their voice, promote inclusivity, and shape their college experience. In order to bridge the gap between administrators and students, it is vital to provide outlets for students to advocate on behalf of themselves and their peers.
Why do you think DOSAB is important?
DOSAB provides a student perspective to campus administrators and the Dean of Students. DOSAB ensures that the student body’s voices are heard and addressed efficiently and inclusively. DOSAB members come from various backgrounds and communities on campus, providing a space for thought-provoking and crucial conversations. I have remained committed to working with DOSAB in response to the essential impact I have seen DOSAB make firsthand.
