What does student advocacy mean to you?
Student advocacy to me is the act of supporting and promoting the rights, needs, and wellbeing of all individuals at the University of Wisconsin–Madison. Student voices are critical when it comes to influencing policy decisions across campus. Maintaining constant communication with relevant administration through the liaison of student advocates allows true progress to be made.

Why is DOSAB important?
For me, DOSAB is vital to campus life as it creates an environment that supports the facilitation between the administration and the students on campus. Having a space where students from different backgrounds and communities can gather, advocate, and connect is what makes DOSAB truly special.
