What does student advocacy mean to me?
To me, advocacy means actively listening to students’ concerns and pushing for meaningful changes that improve their lives. It’s about using my position and voice to uplift others, especially when they feel unheard. Advocacy is about action, not just awareness.
Why do you think DOSAB is important?
DOSAB is important because it creates a direct line between students and administration, ensuring student voices are heard in critical decisions. It fosters transparency, accountability, and meaningful progress on campus issues. Through DOSAB, students have a chance to shape a more inclusive and supportive university environment.
