2024 Student Affairs NCAA Tournament Challenges

March Madness traveling trophyYou are invited to enter your bracket into the Student Affairs NCAA men’s and women’s tournament challenges. There is no money involved, and you are not required to participate as an employee. It is simply something fun to do with your colleagues, and if you win, you’ll have bragging rights for a year and be the keeper of the traveling trophy!

NCAA Men’s Tournament Challenge

The selection show occurs on Sunday, March 17 at 5:00 p.m. CST for the Men’s tournament. The brackets will be available to fill out shortly afterward.

The Men’s bracket will lock at 11:15 a.m. CST on Thursday, March 21, enter your picks before this time.

If you are:

New to the Student Affairs Men’s Tournament Challenge

  1. Create an ESPN account (free)
  2. Go to Men’s Tournament Challenge
  3. Click “Join A Group”
  4. Scroll down to “All Groups” and search groups for: “UW-Madison SA” (click on it)
  5. Click “Join A Group”
  6. Click on “UW-Madison SA” in the list of groups.
  7. Click Join Group. Use password: Varsity
  8. Title your bracket (Include your name in the title of your bracket title e.g. Argyle Wade’s Picks)
  9. Fill out a bracket and submit

Past participant in the Student Affairs Men’s Tournament Challenge

  1. Log in to your ESPN account (free)
  2. Navigate to Men’s Tournament Challenge
  3. Click “Join A Group”
  4. Look for “UW-Madison SA” in groups and select it.
  5. Click “Join Group”.
  6. Click “My Bracket”. Fill-out and submit a bracket and it will be part of the Student Affairs group. (Click the gear and include your name in the title of your bracket title e.g. Argyle Wade’s Picks)

The Women’s bracket will lock at 10:30 a.m. CST on Friday, March 22nd, enter your picks before this time.

New to the Student Affairs Women’s Tournament Challenge

  1. Create an ESPN account
  2. Go to the Women’s Tournament Challenge
  3. Click “Join A Group”
  4. Scroll down to “All Groups” and search groups for: UW-Madison SA (click on it)
  5. Click “Join A Group”
  6. Click on “UW-Madison SA” in the list of groups.
