Coping with Isolation and Uncertainty

During the pandemic, University Health Services’ mental health department, MHS, stepped up to support students facing the struggles of life in social isolation. Care for those facing mental health crises was crucial throughout the pandemic, and it remains a necessity with the continued uncertainties the new semester will bring. The new challenges ahead will require students to gain resilience, empathy for their classmates and coping mechanisms for their own mental health. The resources that UHS has provided throughout the pandemic were created to help students meet those challenges.
