The Dean of Students Advisory Board (DOSAB) is a dedicated group of student leaders at UW-Madison who advocate for their peers by raising student concerns and providing valuable feedback to the Dean of Students. Each month, DOSAB engages in thoughtful dialogue regarding pain points that are facing the campus community to ensure student voices are heard, and acted upon. Through collaborating with administrators, DOSAB members identify service gaps, spearhead new initiatives, and implement policy changes that prioritize student voices, DOSAB aims to bridge the communication gap between campus administrators and students, empowering students to make meaningful contributions and drive positive change in their campus community.
